High powered voices in the pension industry have registered their endorsements of the newly constituted board of the National Pension Commission.
The formation of the board of the Commission was in the keep-in-view cabinet of the presidency until early this month, when it arrived at the Senate for the confirmation of members of the board picked from the six geo-political regions. After the dust settled on the issue of the emergence of a new Director General, the Senate late last week endorsed all save one commissioner due to inability to present National Youth Service Corps discharge certificate.
